Return & Refund Policy – Barakaah

At Barakaah, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
